Trainee Site Manager
Job Summary
A Trainee Site Manager’s role is to assist in coordinating site activities and support the delivery of a construction project on time, within budget, and in line with contractual obligations. This includes helping to supervise construction workers, monitoring tools and materials, and assisting with safety inspections to help maintain a positive health and safety culture throughout the project.
Daily Responsibility
Maintain quality control procedures
Ensure onsite safety through risk assessment and risk management, promoting a positive health and safety culture
Monitor the quality of work of all construction workers
Build strong relationships internally and externally
Compliance with appropriate statutory requirements and building regulations
Issue permits
Delivery of Project Programmes
Ensure all aspects of the role are carried out in accordance with RE:GEN policy and procedures
